About the Author

Hello! My name is Conner, I am an amateur fossil collector based in Florida with some experience in the professional field of Paleontology. I grew up in SWFL hunting beaches for shark teeth as early as I can remember until I was first introduced to the Peace River. My interest and base knowledge led me to assist in research and publications with Dr. Harry Maisch during my Undergrad at FGCU. My main interests lie in the wide diversity of fossils in the Peace River as despite the heavy collecting by amateurs and professionals alike there is a lack of publications on the site itself. My professional side is in the medical field but I continue to work on research into fossils on the side.
